Questions people ask before ordering
What exactly is waived?
The $697 one-time build fee, in full, on any plan started on or before December 31, 2026. The monthly price does not change and nothing is added elsewhere to make up for it. Your first payment, taken by card through Stripe when you order, is the monthly fee for the plan you pick and nothing else.
What do I pay, and when?
The plan is a monthly subscription, paid by card through Stripe when you order: $127, $267 plus AI usage, or $647 a month, renewing monthly from that day. Only the monthly fee is charged at checkout. Normally a $697 build fee follows once the site is live and approved. While the waiver is open that invoice is never raised. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.
How soon is my site live after I order?
7 days on Solo Lot, 10 on Multi Lot while the AI Engine is trained on your business, and 15 on All Locations with the Content Engine set up. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at the order, so the sooner your fleet list, locations and rates reach us, the sooner you are live.
What happens if I want changes after launch?
You get 5 revisions a month, and a revision is any change request of any size. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it. Requests go through your client portal.
Can I get a refund after I order?
No. All sales are final, including monthly fees and extra revisions. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge from our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. To stop the next invoice, email us at least 2 business days before your renewal date, during business hours.
Does this stack with the Black Friday offer?
No, and it does not need to. The Black Friday offer already includes this waived build fee and adds 30% off the monthly fee for the first 3 months on top of it. One offer applies to an order, whichever is open when you start.
What do you need from me before the build starts?
Your fleet and vehicle classes, your pickup locations and hours, your rates, your brand assets and where booking requests should land. That is the onboarding form and it takes about 15 minutes. Anything missing can follow by email or as a client portal ticket without holding up the build.
